It has been about a year since I last updated my blog! But I'm back now and am going to attempt to post at least twice a week!
Todays post is all about being fit and healthy for summer, so I'm going to share with you my top 5 guilt- free snacks that I'm loving at the moment.👍
1. Alpen light have a delicious range of cereal bars inspired by cakes and desserts! My favourite two flavours are the refreshing Lemon Drizzle flavour and the scrumptiously sweet Bakewell Tart. Guilt- free snacking at its best, not to mention each bar is only 70 calories!
2. I'm sure everyone has tried dried fruit at some point, but apple crisps are by far the nicest dried fruit I've ever had! Although they're not the most slimming snack in the world, they are full of fibre and have great nutritional value.
3. Who doesn't love a nice bowl of cereal for breakfast? But cereal can be very fattening and full of sugar and unhealthy additives. That's why I've been loving Special K Red Berries. It contains less than 2% fat and is perfect for keeping your energy levels up for the day ahead.
4. It seems a bit obvious, but bananas and apples are great snacks. Needless to say they are full of vitamins and bananas are a great source of potassium. Also, eating fruit helps to clear your skin and give it a glowing, dewy appearance!
5. My final snack is a little less healthy, and that is the white chocolate Kinder Bueno. Not only is it delicious, but it is also very low in calories for a chocolate bar!
